The short version
This notice covers Allright coverage published on allrightcasino.org.uk, and it explains what THIS portal collects – not what happens once a reader clicks through and registers on the operator's own platform. We're an independent information site, and our data footprint is small: a few technical logs, a contact form, and some cookies (covered separately in our cookie policy).
If you never use the contact form and never interact with a cookie banner, we hold almost nothing identifiable about you. If you do get in touch, we hold only what's needed to answer you – nothing more.
Data you hand over vs data we observe
Two categories exist here, and they're worth telling apart. What you hand over: your name and email address if you use our contact form, plus whatever you write in the message itself. We do not collect payment details, account credentials, or anything related to your activity on Allright's own platform – that data belongs to the operator, not to us.
Processors and transfers
We use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics and, where applicable, advertising. These processors act under contract and only handle data for the purposes we specify. We never sell personal data, and we don't share it with the operator for marketing purposes.
Where a processor is based outside the UK, appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) are put in place before any transfer takes place.
Exercising your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can also complain to the UK's supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Retention
Contact-form data is kept only as long as needed to resolve your query, then deleted or anonymised. Technical and analytics data is typically retained for a limited period before being aggregated or discarded – we don't keep identifiable browsing data indefinitely.
Under-18s
This site is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect data from, anyone under the age of 18. Gambling-related content on this portal is restricted to adults 18+, and we'd ask any parent or guardian who believes a minor has submitted data to us to get in touch so it can be removed.
